If you get trapped by wrongdoing,
Then you should find spiritual aid;
Think of what you are pursuing,
Stay with God not to be afraid.
Help someone else to turn away,
From doing any sinful wrong;
Show them how not to go astray,
So agony will not prolong.
Just do it in a gentle way,
But watch yourself for the decoy;
That could easily make you stray,
While your own faith would destroy.
Help another carry their weight,
And follow the teachings of Christ;
So they are not meeting their fate,
And they are no longer enticed.
If one thinks you are important,
But know that you are really not;
Be humble showing your talent,
Not to deceive others have sought.
You must examine your actions,
Then you can be proud what was done;
Toning down any reactions,
To the victory that was won.
Anyone taught the Word of God,
Share the good things with the teacher;
Giving thanks to honor and laud,
As you become an out-reacher.
You cannot make a fool of God,
As far as this make no mistake;
Because the Lord is not a fraud,
He is faithful and not forsake.
What you plant is what you will yield,
Corrupted seed sown in soil;
Your harvest will destroy the field,
And sin will reap from your toil.
Whenever we may have a chance,
We have to do for what is good;
For to spiritually advance,
The way any believer should
