Sweet Scent

The Lord gave me a chance,
For spreading the Good News;
So others can advance,
Having the right to choose.

I did not have the peace,
Having the peace of mind;
Enmity does not cease,
And unable to find.

I say good-bye to them,
Continue on my way;
Allow God to condemn,
They continue to stray.

But I will thank the Lord,
Who leads in victory;
If when in one accord,
Not contradictory.

So wherever we go,
God has us to make clear;
Love continues to flow,
As long as we revere.

What it means to know Christ,
A fragrance fills the air;
That will keep us enticed,
Since He is just and fair.

We are the aroma,
Of Christ such a sweet scent;
Feeling that is prima,
After you do repent.

Among those who are saved,
And those who are dying;
Are no longer enslaved,
That sin is denying.

To some people we may,
Be a deadly fragrance;
For pleasure they will stray,
Darkness is their flagrance.

At least we do not go,
Selling an impure Word;
Only truth what we know,
As spoken what you heard.
