Fear Not

Be silent and listen to me,
Letting you to gain some new strength;
Opening your eyes as to see,
Perseverance at any length.

You can come near so you can speak,
Coming together for that day;
For the answers that you do seek,
Before judgment will fall your way.

Who has risen up from the east?
One who the Lord gives victory;
As He is preparing a feast,
For you showing the bravery.

Many nations have given up,
As He has defeated their kings;
Because they have drank from the cup,
That the dawning of new life brings.

With His sword He turns them to dust,
As His bow turns them into straw;
Their armor corrodes up with rust,
Like a baby, they only crawl.

For the Lord is always there first,
The Lord our God is the One;
For He can satisfy your thirst,
Upon the return of the Son.

The coastlands have seen and do fear,
As the ends of the earth does shake;
Gather together to come near,
As the non-believers awake.

As people helping their neighbor,
And tell their kinfolk to be brave;
They will not rest from their labor,
No longer to sin be a slave.

There is no need to be afraid,
As long as the Lord is with you;
With Him you will not be betrayed,
Every Word He says is true
