Keep praying and pay attention,
Offering prayers of thanksgiving;
Prayers that will need intervention,
With conflicts where you are living.
Pray that God will give us a chance,
To spread the mystery of Christ;
That will allow us to advance,
The reason He was sacrificed.
It is because this mystery,
That I am still a prisoner;
For as part of my history,
In being a parishioner.
Pray that I make it very clear,
So everyone understands;
That God is loving them so dear,
And eager with His helping hands.
A greater love is from no one,
Who is willing to be a friend;
In giving the life of His Son,
That others may not comprehend.
Be wise in the way that you act,
Toward those who are on the outside;
Show some discretion and great tact,
To enable them to abide.
Anything you say should be kind,
As well as being well thought out;
On the things that will ease their mind,
So it never leaves any doubt.
I am telling you so you know,
Just what and how we are doing;
The direction you need to go,
And what you should be pursuing.
I consider you as a friend,
Which no one has a greater love;
A friendship that will never end,
Because God helps us from above.
