This Bible study can be used for house groups or individuals. Does it mean that you are a Christian because you go to church or a prayer group out of obligation just as a ritual, or has it got to do with loving God, knowing him intimately and seeking to do his will by obeying his Commandments? It says to enter the Kingdom of God you have to become like little children Isn’t it all about a relationship with God and depending on him totally like a little child. What does it mean to abandon oneself to God like a little child? see: Mark 10:14-15 King James Version (KJV) 14 But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. 15 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.
Is it right for people to compromise when they want to? Doesn’t it mean that we should not compromise with what is wrong and act differently from the world, so that the gate gets narrower and narrower, even if you are the only one who stands up for what is right and do God’s Will, even if everyone is against you and ridicules you? At what moment do we become a Christian? Isn’t it when we repent of our sins with a determination to turn away from them and have a personal commitment to Jesus Christ and become born again, rather than simply just drifting in religion because you have been brought up in it?
