You are the child that God loves,
For living in the love as Christ;
Spread your arms as wings as the doves,
Beyond from becoming enticed.
An offering and sacrifice,
A soothing aroma to God;
For His life Christ had paid the price,
As payment for where we are flawed.
Such a sweet scent of aroma,
Nothing like the immoral stench;
Sin is like a carcinoma,
That sinful corruption will clench.
Do not let perversion or greed,
Inappropriate behavior;
Not allow the immoral seed,
That would keep you from your Savior.
It is not right for foolish talk,
Dirty stories or obscene jokes;
The dark alleys where you may walk,
Building up fires that one stokes.
It is best to give thanks to God,
Avoid those who live in the night;
Worshipping with honor and laud,
Remain living within the light.
No one involved in sexual sin,
Or with worshipping in their wealth;
Unable to enter within,
For inheriting with poor health.
Do not let anyone deceive,
Yourself with such meaningless words;
You know the truth what to believe,
Considering all else for the birds.
Because of sin God is angry,
For the ones who do not obey;
Because they will never agree,
For stopping from going astray.
Wake up sleeper, rise from the dead,
Start to move away from the dark;
Let Jesus shine on you instead,
In the light you need to embark
