Belief Systems

I am writing to you,
Because of all your sin;
Payment no longer due,
Forgiveness to begin.

I am writing to you,
Because of knowing Christ;
And with the true value,
Why He was sacrificed.

I am writing to you,
Because what you have won;
Victory to construe,
Over the evil one.

I am writing to you,
For knowing the Father;
With a dream to come true,
Jesus as your Brother.

I am writing to you,
Because of knowing Christ;
As pure as morning dew,
Not to become enticed.

I am writing to you,
Because He is so strong;
His Word will stick like glue,
Keeps you from doing wrong.

I am writing to you,
His Word will live within;
While your lips will strew,
For holy discipline.

There is no mystery,
The reason for the Son;
For having victory,
Over the evil one.

Love not where you sojourn,
The offers of this place;
For truly you were born,
With a God given grace.

The worldly desires,
And evil pass away;
To what God requires,
As you trust and obey.
