Praise unto our God,
Father of our Lord;
Who we honor and laud,
Be worshipped and adored.
God has given new birth,
With His mercy and grace;
As we sojourn on earth,
Giving His warm embrace.
We are born in new life,
That has a confidence;
Coping with any strife,
Building our defense.
We are given new life,
With an inheritance;
Of having a new rife,
Giving you competence.
It cannot be destroyed,
And cannot fade away;
Makes life to be enjoyed,
Without going astray.
You are guarded by God,
Through faith through salvation;
So you do not get flawed,
Or lose your foundation.
A foundation revealed,
Upon the end of time;
When it will be unsealed,
And you will make the climb.
You are glad of these things,
Even though you suffer;
The enjoyment it brings,
Subduing to buffer.
The purpose is to test,
Your faith if it is gold;
Endowed to do your best,
Having faith that is bold.
