Lip Service

The mind of a person,
Who has understanding;
Acquired knowledge done,
Through what is demanding.

For the ears of the wise,
Is seeking the knowledge;
And is seen through His eyes,
The mind would acknowledge.

A gift opens the door,
For anyone that gives;
Heart changes at the core,
For as long as he lives.

As the first that will state,
His case always seems right;
He will not hesitate,
As his words start the fight.

Flipping coins end disputes,
For settling of issues;
If the speaker refutes,
Then he still continues.

An offended brother,
Can be more resistant;
As words will not bother,
If never persistent.

Speaking ability,
Provides for his stomach;
The capability,
For preventing havoc.

The tongue has the power,
Of either life or death;
Gentle as a flower,
Or take away your breath.

Whoever finds a wife,
Must speak of her as good;
And keeping her for life,
With happiness you should.

Lip service can destroy,
The loving from a friend;
For the wrong words deploy,
Relationships to end.
