Helping Each Other

Praise the God and Father,
Of Jesus our Lord;
Who is our Brother,
Being loved and adored.

He is compassionate,
The God who gives comfort;
And we are fortunate,
To have when feeling hurt.

Comfort when we suffer,
We reach out to others;
As we are their buffer,
Soothing our brothers.

For comfort comes from God,
That we will comfort them;
So He can heal where flawed,
Rather than to condemn.

Jesus suffered so much,
So comfort comes from Him;
Because His gentle touch,
Chases away the grim.

Comfort brings salvation,
To endure giving hope;
Building a foundation,
To strengthen as you cope.

Suffering we endure,
Also builds confidence;
That is making you sure,
For building your defense.

The suffering you share,
Will be easing your pain;
As others show they care,
As means to ease the strain.

I am not ignorant,
Of the toils and strife;
But never arrogant,
As we go through this life.

So extreme as we live,
Beyond what we endure;
Our God will forgive,
And will open the door.
