How to Combat Depression

Jesus is the one who can heal depression, panic attacks and negative thoughts. Unfortunately in the world today, there are so many people who suffer from some form of depression.

My children; I Jesus am the answer to your problems, for “I am the way, the truth and the life”. My children when you feel down, rather than fight on your own, come to me and I will heal you. I can heal you directly, or sometimes I cure through doctors and medical treatment.

I want to help you for I am a God full of love, mercy and compassion and I am slow to anger and filled with unfailing love and faithfulness.

I want you to come to me as seen in: Matthew 11:28-30 (KJV) 28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

I am the answer to your pain. I am the one who created you, I know everything about you, I mean everything, I understand what you are going through because I Jesus became a man and suffered all forms of pain.

When you feel down, you feel cut off from the world and sometimes people don’t understand you. I Jesus know what it is like to feel rejected by the world. I suffered a terrible passion and death to set you free from the bondage of depression which binds you and steals your life. With me you can overcome it. I will help you. As my child, it is not just you by yourself but the Blessed Trinity is with you. I promise that I will never fail or forsake my children, I am there for you. Come to me and tell me all your problems, and I will listen and tell you what to do if you want me to. Then you must trust me and act on what I tell you. I give you freedom to accept or reject what I teach you. If it takes a while don’t get discouraged or give up believing that I haven’t heard you, and don’t care, because that is a lie. That lie comes from the devil who is the father of all lies as seen in John 8:44, because I always hear my people when they cry out to me and I always act when the time is right. Wait on the Lord, and remember that everything works out for good for those who trust in Jesus Christ.

If you have made terrible mistakes in your life or wrecked your life in some way or if you are depressed because of negative thoughts or bad dreams, if you have no confidence, poor self-esteem or an inferiority complex. Please I beg you, as a Father to a child whom He loves with a love you can’t possibly understand or imagine, to give me these problems, hand them all to me, abandon them to my care and I will help you find the inner peace and calmness and your souls will find rest in me.

You will find all your problems won’t depress you and you will be able to cope. With me you will feel like a beloved child and the more you trust in me and believe what I tell you, the more your confidence will increase and depression and negative thoughts will disappear and you will live like a little child who is totally at peace in a relationship with His Father who loves Him dearly and wants to hug him in His arms. All your pain will disappear as I Jesus come to you to embrace you and rest in you. God Bless you my children.
