I would like you to know,
My sisters and brothers;
About spreading to those,
The Gospel to others.
For it has become clear,
Soldiers of the nation;
No longer have the fear,
And without salvation.
I have heard what they say,
And what they have been told;
On lesbians and gays,
So we stand firm and bold.
Nothing matters to them,
If born a certain way;
Daring God to condemn,
If feelings start to stray.
Some indeed preach of Christ,
About envy and strife;
But not why sacrificed,
And for eternal life.
There is much jealousy,
As others on good will;
But do not guide to see,
Salvation to instill.
I tell out of the love,
For Christ and to defend;
That flows from up above,
Not just God but a friend.
Others are insincere,
With selfish ambition;
But I do to revere,
Giving recognition.
What matters, is reach out,
Tell what they do is wrong;
And stop having a doubt,
So they can become strong.
Strong in faith and upright,
Having honest motives;
Marching into the light,
Confess as God forgives.
