Come sing joyfully to the Lord,
Show that He is loved and adored;
Shout to the rock of salvation,
A firmly solid foundation.
Come into His presence with psalm,
Giving thanks through your song and poem;
Shout happily as you rejoice,
Letting the world know with your voice.
The Lord is the greatest of all,
Ready to catch you when you fall;
A great King above all others,
Provides for sisters and brothers.
In His hand are the deep places,
Shows what everyone faces;
All trials and tribulations,
And surrender to temptations.
He had formed all the mountain peaks,
Where the snow trickles down the creeks;
His hands formed the land from the sea,
Dry for walking by you and me.
Come to worship and bowing down,
Joyful with smile not a frown;
Let us kneel in front of the Lord,
Our Maker loved and adored.
For He is our Creator,
And our Officiator;
Giving rules because He does care,
For His children wanting to share.
Because we are His flock of sheep,
A Shepherd watching as we sleep;
If only we listen today,
His calling not to go astray.
For many years you disgust Him,
Held back anger when feeling grim;
You have not learned to change your way,
Will feel His wrath if you still stray.
Be not dogged with a harden heart,
Allow evil ways to depart;
Serving God being at your best,
Or enter not His place of rest.
