Separation

I am very open to speak,
With a place within our hearts;
Using the Scriptures for to seek,
To address what the mind imparts.

I have never cut off to you,
Your emotions to cut off us;
I am telling you to construe,
And never try to raise a fuss.

So I am talking unto you,
As to children that I would talk;
Treat us the same way as to do,
The first steps in learning to walk.

Treat the same way as I treat you,
No difference than of others;
Make a place in your hearts too,
For our sisters and brothers.

Stop forming a relationship,
Unfitting with unbelievers;
For an improper partnership,
Can include many deceivers.

Can you mate between right and wrong?
Can light be in common with dark?
Hardships of agony prolong,
As you continue to embark.

Can Christ agree with the devil?
As a believer shares a life;
Which is like God causing evil,
Ensuring that you live through strife.

Can the temple contain false gods?
The temple of the living God;
Can never be living in frauds,
When in the idols that you laud.

God will live and walk among them,
He will be God to these people;
If honored, He will not condemn,
When believing in the Gospel.

Get away from unbelievers,
Separating yourselves from them;
Because if you are receivers,
You will be saved from the mayhem.
