Praise to God the Father,
Of the Lord Jesus Christ;
Who is our Brother,
And who was sacrificed.
He is compassionate,
The God who gives comfort;
Love that is infinite,
Helps us with an effort.
He soothes if we suffer,
Eases burdens of stress;
For He is a buffer,
That is able to bless.
Suffering of others,
Gets no comfort from Him;
Since they are not brothers,
Their life has been so grim.
Their pride is stopping God,
For providing comfort;
Does not honor and laud,
They stray as a pervert.
Christ had suffered so much,
To be our Savior;
Giving a gentle touch,
Blessing us with favor.
Faith brings us salvation,
Helping you to endure;
Building your foundation,
For a life ever more.
For faith is our hope,
Stedfast within His love;
Being able to cope,
Bridging you to above.
God rescued us from death,
Rescue in the future;
For after your last breath,
You are a new creature.
Remember as you pray,
Thank God for His favor;
Keeping straight not to stray,
Be saved by the Savior.
