The Godhead

Be careful and take heed,
That your faith is not robbed;
Caution for corrupt seed,
That emotion has throbbed.

Shallow and misleading,
Having a vain deceit;
That can be demeaning,
As it tries to defeat.

Such human traditions,
Rudiments of this place;
Without the transitions,
For Jesus to embrace.

The body of Christ lives,
God has made you complete;
Through what the Father gives,
That your faith can compete.

Christ is in charge of all,
Everyone on earth;
Through Him we will not fall,
He knows our true worth.

Our circumcision,
Not done by human hands;
But through the incision,
Rather what God demands.

Remove corrupt nature,
What was performed by Christ;
Making a new creature,
That does not get enticed.

You were placed in the tomb,
As baptized in the Lord;
Born again from the womb,
To be in one accord.

Once dead but now alive,
When Christ forgave your sin;
His Spirit made you thrive,
By cleansing you within.

He erased the offense,
Brought against written laws;
Avoiding consequence,
Caused by the transgressed flaws.
