A Unique Expression

There are many spiritual gifts,
That the Holy Spirit will give;
As you go through each day uplifts,
Which is helping your life to live.

There are many ways of serving,
And yet with the same Lord is served;
To motivate while curving,
As integrity is preserved.

There are different types of needs,
That are in the body of Christ;
Able to be spreading the seeds,
In all that you have sacrificed.

The evidence has been given,
In the presence of the Spirit;
About your ticket to Heaven,
That is dealing with your merit.

He does give for the common good,
Some of you may speak with wisdom;
For doing the way that you should,
To help others reach the Kingdom.

The Spirit gives others knowledge,
For speaking of going which way;
Construed for you to acknowledge,
As to not be going astray.

The Spirit will give a faith so bold,
With the courage to guard from threat;
Protecting the entire fold,
To guard against any regret.

Someone will be able to heal,
Caring for the ones who are ill;
So they can recover and feel,
Well once again to instill.

Some will be prophets and reveal,
And that God has locked them away;
But prophecy will then unseal,
What happens tomorrow today.

There is just one Holy Spirit,
Who is into the gift giving;
Loving design to inherit,
Unique expressions in living.
