Fame and Humility

Do you have encouragement?
Do you have comfort from love?
Ever have discouragement,
Hearing nothing from above.

Do you have relationships?
As spiritual in nature;
Socialize in fellowships,
Considered a new creature.

Are you showing compassion?
To anyone that is sad;
With sympathy in fashion,
For a lost love that one had.

Then fill me with some delight,
Having the same attitude;
The same love within your sight,
Having the right frame and mood.

Let us live in harmony,
Keeping one purpose in mind;
No longer in agony,
But being gentle and kind.

So never be conceited,
But humbly think of others;
You will not be defeated,
Thinking of them as brothers.

Do not relate to self-interest,
Rather what others would need;
The interest that you invest,
Will assist you to succeed.

Christ was in the form of God,
Equal in every way;
Treated the same as to laud,
And never to go astray.

But He became a servant,
Becoming like a human;
While being reverent,
Which was all part of the plan.

Humility given fame,
Confessing on bended knee;
Everyone should proclaim,
By following His decree
