Most Definitely

In view of what we share,
In compassion of God;
So confess in a prayer,
On what has made us flawed.

I urge you to provide,
A living sacrifice;
Your body to abide,
Let not this world entice.

Be dedicated to God,
Perform by pleasing Him;
Giving honor and laud,
Be rewarded by vim.

It is appropriate,
In this kind of worship;
Enabled to relate,
In your relationship.

Conform not to this place,
Change the way that you think;
Know the dangers you face,
From having a strong drink.

Know what God desires,
What is pleasing and right;
From Him it acquires,
Favor within His sight.

God lets His kindness shown,
Put not yourself ahead;
Because He will condone,
Ensuring you are fed.

Your thoughts should be leading.
For using good judgment;
In what you are feeding,
Your heart to compliment.

God gave each one a gift,
To serve God and His Word;
Inspire and uplift,
Others who have not heard.

It will help those in need,
Able to calm their fear;
And so they can succeed,
With a spiritual cheer.

Richard Sherrer is actually retired from the United States Air Force about 14 years ago. He had lived in Korea while in the Air Force in 1972 and 1973. You might be asking yourself what brought him back to Korea. I guess you could say that it was a lot of love here, for the country, the people and especially for a Christian woman that he met on the Internet. She convinced him to return to be with her. So he came originally to teach English in July of 2000. They were married July of 2001. Now turned poet which is subject that is near and dear to his heart. His love for Christ and God is an inspiration to all who read his poetry.
