Rescue Others

I do not become discouraged,
Since the day God told me to start;
In fact I am more encouraged,
By how the words flow from my heart.

It is for rescuing others,
Which is just like shooting a fly;
Try to make sisters and brothers,
All of the ones who will ask why.

I have refused to use secret,
Or tricking them in shameful ways;
And never have any regret,
Exploiting a poetic phrase.

I distort not the Word of God,
As He constantly watches me;
Ensuring my poems are not flawed,
While giving insight to see.

This is my recommendation,
Not to sound like I am uncouth;
But I write for your foundation,
By telling you the honest truth.

Maybe not all that I might say
Is politically correct;
It is to the Lord that I pray,
And no desire to reject.

So if the Good News does offend,
Why not take some time to construe;
For we are now nearing the end,
When you find out all I say is true.

I cover my face with a veil,
Hidden from those who are dying;
Thinking that people had a tail,
A theory some are applying.

Many here are now living blind,
And no longer do believe;
For Satan has messed with their mind,
Have no salvation to receive.

So they will never see the light,
On the glory of Jesus Christ;
Fate sealed not doing what is right,
They are always being enticed.
