I say that no one should think,
That I am merely a fool;
From what I may eat or drink,
While following the rule.
If you take me as a fool,
So that I can brag a bit;
It is merely as a tool,
For the skills that I merit.
For bragging is foolishness,
It is not something I say;
Speaking of the blessedness,
That God is giving each day.
For suffering makes you wise,
By putting up with the fools;
As you look into their eyes,
Since they not follow the rules.
When someone makes you a slave,
And consumes all of your wealth;
They should provide you a grave,
When you deteriorate your health.
I am ashamed to admit,
But I do not have the strength;
Even though I will commit,
My faith towards beyond its length.
Whatever other folks dare,
Like a fool and brag about;
Without saying any prayer,
Because they are full of doubt.
For it is insane to say,
That I am a better one;
But I will trust and obey,
Both the Father and the Son.
As I trust in the Spirit,
For cleansing me deep within;
So I can then inherit,
Able to be free from sin.
