Rescue captives condemned to death,
Spare those slated for their slaughter;
Assisting them to catch their breath,
Those that may thirst give some water.
When you say that you did not know,
The One who weighs hearts will take note;
As He looks in your eyes they show,
If it is true or lies He wrote.
The One who guards your soul will know,
If you paid people what they do;
Because the truth will always flow,
Downhill for what they will accrue.
Eat honey because it is good,
What flows from the hive will be sweet;
Curing many ills as it should,
Keeping you well while you eat.
The knowledge of wisdom makes wise,
Which is like the thoughts of the soul;
So you can see through a disguise,
For your future to reach your goal.
If your find it then there is hope,
And your future will not be blocked;
As you will be able to cope,
With the door key that has unlocked.
The wicked one lies and will wait,
Until you finally come home;
Preparing for sealing your fate,
Because the direction you roam.
The righteous may fall seven times,
But he always gets up again;
For a sturdy ladder he climbs,
Not looking back where he has been.
Be not happy when a foe fails,
Do not feel glad when he stumbles;
Showing mercy when evil wails,
Consoling when someone grumbles.
The Lord will see what you have done,
Turning anger away from them;
Showing victory had been won,
He will spare them as not to condemn.
