Christ has food for you to eat,
That you do not know about;
Sit down so to rest your feet,
So you can then shed your doubt.
Did you bring something to eat?
His food will do what the One;
Who sent Him makes you complete,
And finish to get the job done.
Do not say in four full moons,
That the harvest will be here;
When hurricanes or typhoons,
Which just might bring your worst fear.
I am telling you to look,
And see the shape of your field;
All of your hard work it took
The harvest is set to yield.
The person who reaps a crop,
Is already getting paid;
Perseverance did not stop,
No matter how much afraid.
You are gathering the grain,
Now for your eternal life;
Hoping Satan does not rain,
With his temptations and strife.
The person who plants the grain,
And the person who harvests;
Will be enduring the pain,
If infested by locusts.
What I am saying is true,
One plants as another reaps;
For I am preaching to you,
While your heart and mind keeps.
I have sent you a harvest,
A crop that you have worked for;
Eternal life to invest,
In your heart and mind to store.
Other people have worked hard,
As you followed in their deed;
So protect it and stand guard,
The Living Bread that you need.
