The one who is truly wise,
Accepts commands with his eyes;
But one who foolishly talks,
Will just stumble where he walks.
Whoever honestly lives,
His mind easily forgives;
But who lives dishonestly,
Is filled with iniquity.
Whoever winks with his eye,
Causes heartache makes you cry;
A righteous man speaks the truth,
Never rude or be uncouth.
Righteous men are full of life,
Never burdened with the strife;
But violence causes evil,
Encumbered by the devil.
Hate will always start quarrels,
That can tamper with morals;
But love covers all things wrong,
So the hate will not prolong.
Wisdom is found on the tongue,
That the Word of God is flung;
From a man who understands,
Of what the Father demands.
The wise man will store knowledge,
Because he will acknowledge;
That the one true God is King,
Lord of all for praise we sing.
The righteous harvests a yield,
Reap ample life from their field;
But the evil harvests sin,
That corrupts as stored within.
Whoever has discipline,
Their life will be free from sin;
Whoever wanders away,
Ignores the Lord not to stray.
One who conceals lying lips,
Poison fills their cup he sips;
Carries out an evil plan,
For harming his fellow man
