Search for the Lord and live,
He spreads like a fire;
And able to forgive,
For earthly desire.
Through the house burn it down,
No one will put it out;
To wear a thorny crown,
Should never leave a doubt.
Turn justice to poison,
Righteousness on the ground;
Giving a new vision,
With having sight and sound.
God made constellations,
Turns darkness into dawn;
With new revelations,
As the night wholly gone.
The water from the sea,
He pours over the earth;
Waves crashing to be free,
Show how much of their worth.
He destroys the stronghold,
Ruins from a fortress;
As His commands have told,
Putting foes in distress.
You hate all who speak out,
Against any injustice;
And of those who have doubt,
Will make an exodus.
For the truth disgusts you,
When someone speaks the truth;
Not as your point of view,
Being blunt and uncouth.
You trample on the poor,
Taking their wheat for tax;
Making them to endure,
With no time to relax.
So you build the houses,
And using hand-cut stone;
But live not with spouses,
Like the stars live alone.
