True Light

We are certain that we know,
Jesus Christ if we obey;
And that we also will show,
Homage to Him each day.

If we know but not obey,
We make His teaching a lie;
In the dark we go astray,
The truth enters not the eye.

The truth is not in that man,
Who never obeys the Lord;
For it is not in His plan,
Allows Him to be ignored.

But whoever obeys Christ,
Is filled with perfected love;
And will never be enticed,
By the things not from above.

Then we know He is within,
And we are also in Him;
Because of no room for sin,
Since we have spiritual vim.

I give you a commandment,
Which is coming from the start;
That will put you in alignment,
Between the Lord and your heart.

I write the truth that exists,
For the darkness is fading;
Because the true light persists,
Brightly illuminating.

Who says they are in the light,
But hate other believers;
Darkness is still in their sight,
They are not Christ receivers.

To love other believers,
Then you do live in the light;
Are salvation receivers,
Having spiritual insight.

For those who live in the light,
Your faith cannot be destroyed;
Not even the dark of night,
Will letting it be annoyed.
