God has rescued us from the dark,
And has brought us into His Kingdom;
Allowing us when we embark,
And using heavenly wisdom.
His Son paid the price to free us,
Which means your sins are forgiven;
Allowing us passage as thus,
Onto the highway to Heaven.
Jesus is the image of God,
The first born of all creation;
Who has been pure and never flawed,
As He gives to you salvation.
He created all things on earth,
As well as what is in Heaven;
Visible as seen from His birth,
And to the unseen as given.
Whether they are rulers as kings,
Elected president or lord;
Everything created brings,
By only Him through His accord.
He dwelt before everything,
As He holds it all together;
And not omitting anything,
Controlling even the weather.
We have not very far to search,
As the beginning and the end;
Since He is the head of the church,
Anytime that you need a friend.
He suffered through all of the strife,
For His blood was filled with His grace;
As the first to come back to life,
And everything in first place.
God was pleased for living in Christ,
Allow Him to have full control;
And if we stop being enticed,
He will then enter our soul.
That is only when without sin,
And we are willing to confess;
So His Spirit will cleanse within,
God will be then willing to bless.
