Surprised by Grace

You have heard how God told me,
To bring His kindness to you;
And gave insight so you could see,
For seeing His point of view.

You heard of the mystery,
That is already written;
Through revelation history,
That some say is forbidden.

When you read so you will know,
Understand the mystery;
How everything will flow,
For Christ to have victory.

In the past it was not known,
What His Spirit has revealed;
But it was the Lord alone,
Allowed the secret unsealed.

This secret is the Good News,
For showing all the people;
Which is not just for the Jews,
All inherit the Gospel.

The same body we belong,
As we share the same promise;
In faith we sing the same song,
With hope in the same premise.

I am a servant for Christ,
Of this Good News through kindness;
God helped not to be enticed,
By things that are worldliness.

His power had worked in me,
For giving me more insight;
So I am able to see,
The pathway onto the light.

I am the lowest of all,
Not deserving of His grace;
So many times that I fall,
I should not enter His place.

But I am not discouraged,
By the troubles I suffer;
His power has encouraged,
Be spiritually tougher.
