What benefit does one gain,
On any faith that you claim;
But merit does not contain,
Nothing except for your fame.
Can this kind of faith save you?
Whether a woman or man;
Asking if your faith is true,
And fitting into His plan.
Suppose if a believer,
Needs any clothes or some food;
But let him be a griever,
Showing your bad attitude.
Do you let him become warm?
And makes sure he eats enough;
Shelter him during a storm,
Knowing how times can be tough.
If cater not for their needs,
Can there be anything good;
Their heart and mind will grow weeds,
Instead of crops as it should.
Faith is not good all alone,
For by itself it is dead;
And God would never condone,
For passing them by instead.
You have good faith, but I do good,
Show me your faith from your heart;
I show my faith what I should,
Doing good things to impart.
You believe there is one God,
The demons also believe;
But they know where you are flawed,
And likes to try to deceive.
Faith which does nothing is dead,
But through faith God is your friend;
As it is nourished and fed,
By grace from God till the end.
Your faith can be genuine,
Because of what you believe;
Since Jesus can be the one,
Eternal life you receive.
