Blessed be to our Lord,
Who has taken our load;
So we can be restored,
And take another road.
God is our salvation,
And our escape from death;
Building a firm foundation,
Beyond our final breath.
God will crush the heads of foes,
Destroys each hair on their heads;
Because He already knows,
As what everyone dreads.
For they continue their guilt,
Over the land and the sea;
Since their wickedness is built,
In the darkness and not free.
Because they are slaves to sin,
While they bathe in their blood;
As tongues of their dogs begin,
To lick it up in the crud.
The Lord can be seen by all,
Going to His holy place;
And catches you if you fall,
Always willing to embrace.
All of the singers are first,
Musicians follow behind;
As His ear quenches its thirst,
And has been soothing His mind.
Thank God who is our Lord,
The source with all the choirs;
Which remain in one accord,
And each of us admires.
God desires you be strong,
As long as you will abide;
Not doing anything wrong,
For there is no place to hide.
