Made Manifest

You have received a gift from God,
When upon you He laid His hands;
As long as you honor and laud,
Keep remembering His commands.

Start fanning your gift into flames,
God did not give a shy spirit;
And do what Jesus Christ proclaims,
Worthy of what you inherit.

A spirit of power and of love,
A spirit that has good judgment;
Which the source comes from up above,
That will strengthen through your movement.

So never try to be ashamed,
Telling others of our Lord;
The stronger that it is proclaimed,
The less likely to be ignored.

Because you are His prisoner,
So join in on the suffering;
You are really a foreigner,
And with nothing for buffering.

It is because of the Gospel,
God called on us to be holy;
For spreading unto the people,
That Christ is the one and only.

It is not for what we have done,
Rather of His kindness and plan;
The Father sacrificed His Son,
For love of each woman and man.

God already had planned that Christ,
Even before the world began;
Since He knew that man was enticed,
By anything that He might ban.

So our Savior will come soon,
As already has been revealed;
After we have seen the blood moon,
The book of life will be unsealed.

Jesus Christ has destroyed death,
Letting you to be a teacher;
And giving for you a new breath,
For making you a new creature.
