Misunderstood

Those of you with faith that is strong,
Must be patient when feeling weak;
So you do not start to go wrong,
By walking a dark path you seek.

Of ourselves we must not think,
We must think of others as well;
Offering someone else your drink,
Likewise a place for them to dwell.

We should all be showing concern,
By loving and showing you care
The more that you do, you will learn,
The more you are willing to share.

Be concerned about your neighbor,
Of his faith the good things to build;
Assisting him through his labor,
So leisure time is Spirit filled.

Only of Himself, Christ did not,
Think by putting just Himself first;
When a drink that anyone sought,
He gave them enough for their thirst.

Insults of those who will insult,
Causing to have fallen on Christ;
Shows hatred from verbal assault,
About what has been sacrificed.

All that was written long ago,
Was written onto us to teach;
To have the confidence to show,
To many others that we reach.

Encouragement and endurance,
Will be allowing you to live;
In harmony with confidence,
That enables you to forgive.

In harmony with each other,
As an ambassador for Christ;
Showing love to one another,
And willing to be sacrificed.

You will be having the same goal,
As you praise God our Father;
Letting His Spirit cleanse the soul,
As you laud Christ our Brother.
