If you go on sinning,
After learning the truth;
You will not be winning,
While being uncouth.
No sacrifice can take,
Away of our sin;
The Father you forsake,
And corrupted within.
A terrifying wait,
And a raging fire;
With judgment of your fate,
That God will desire.
So just what would you think,
Someone shows no respect;
The blood of Christ they drink,
From the Son they reject.
They insult the Spirit,
Given out of kindness;
Waives what they inherit,
Because of their blindness.
God is right to avenge,
Able in paying back;
For His wrath on revenge,
Will silence any flack.
The Lord holds not a grudge,
What falls into His hands;
But He will be the judge,
Disobeying commands.
Remembering the past,
We learn from the mistakes;
Hardship and pain not last,
That recovery makes.
Lose not your confidence,
It will bring a reward;
For building your defense,
Endurance from the Lord.
Never try to turn back,
For God will not be pleased;
Anything you may lack,
God makes you be appeased.
