I am so insignificant,
How can I answer unto Him;
When I am just an applicant,
That is feeling lowly and grim.
I put my hand over my lips,
After speaking had no answer;
From my cup I take a few sips,
Of wine to feel like a lancer.
The Lord finally did respond,
Unto me out of a wind storm;
Speaking to me from up beyond,
From clouds in a majestic form.
So I braced myself like a man,
As I asked for Him to teach me;
For knowing what was in His plan,
Giving me the insight to see.
I would not undo His justice,
And never try to condemn Him;
Wishing to be His apprentice,
Being granted spiritual vim.
I do not have power like God,
And my voice cannot make thunder;
I can only honor and laud,
While confessing my blunder.
I must then dress with dignity,
Clothe myself using His glory;
Having splendor and majesty,
Before God tells me the whole story.
Please unleash outbursts of Your wrath,
Look at all the arrogance said;
Stop the leaders within their path,
That contradicts Your Word instead.
Look at all who are arrogant,
Crush the wicked and make humble;
Conform those who are militant,
So that their egos do crumble.
Hide them and cover their faces,
Covered completely by the dust;
Destroying their hidden places,
Allowing to corrode and rust.
